Station: Fit through movement and balance

The following exercises will help you balance the stresses of everyday life, release tension and relieve pressure on the spine – ideal for preventing discomfort and supporting the supply of nutrients to the intervertebral discs.
Make sure to perform the exercises slowly, in a controlled manner and always without pain to support your body in the long term. Continue to breathe evenly whilst performing the exercises and stop immediately if you feel any discomfort.
